Meet the Team

Jen is our Founder and Director. Jen is a Certified Scrum Master and Happiness trainer working with the public sector, charities and SMEs to create fun and innovative ways of working to solve social problems, putting staff and customers at the core of any solution. Jen is also the Chair of Trustees for the Peak District National Park Foundation and is passionate about the personal and environmental benefits when we look after the world we live in. Jen is happiest sat in the garden with a good book and Cookie by her side. Jen loves adventures small and large, from finding a new walk near home, to exploring new countries far away.

Megan is our Marketing Associate. Day-to-day Megan focuses on all things content creation for Feel Good Do Good’s social media and blog, whilst also working on a number of marketing tasks such as strategy creation and general research. As a Fashion Marketing and Branding graduate Megan is fascinated by the ever changing marketing landscape and is always eager to learn more about the industry. Megan’s happy place is standing in a crowded venue watching her favourite bands perform live, although she does also love curling up on the sofa to watch her latest documentary obsession.

Cookie is our Chief Snuggle Officer. She is open to regular tummy rubs and snuggles and is currently in training to be an official Therapy Dog. We hope Cookie will be able to join us for Happiness and Wellbeing workshops soon. Cookie is happiest chasing apples around the garden or eating her dinner.
